Job Description

As an Architectural Designer at Creative Architecture Co., you will leverage your design expertise to contribute to exciting projects across Pretoria. Your role will encompass everything from initial concept development through to detailed design, ensuring each project is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present blueprints and technical drawings for residential and commercial properties.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and review designs.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
  • Evaluate the environmental impact of designs and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers and other specialists to integrate structural and mechanical aspects.
  • Maintain project files and documentation for compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
