We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our IT systems in Pretoria. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements, analyze business needs, and implement effective IT solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Evaluate system performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems.
• Develop contingency plans and disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of system architecture.
• Assist with budget planning for IT projects.
• Create and manage project plans for system upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
