Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Arrange referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Track and report client progress and setbacks.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical mental health experience

Technical Skills

• Therapeutic practices

Certifications

• Mental Health Counselor License

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Conversational
