Job Description

Looking for a Remote IT Support Technician who can handle diverse technical queries from our clients. You will support users with troubleshooting issues and ensure that all inquiries are managed professionally. Ideal candidates should be proactive, responsive, and have a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries and issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Log all interactions accurately within the support database.
  • Educate users on utilizing software features effectively.
  • Work with product teams to relay customer feedback for improvements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Train new hires on support protocols and systems.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certification or degree
  • Additional certifications in networking preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in technical support roles
