Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator in Pretoria to oversee and enhance our fleet management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily fleet activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing fleet performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct fleet compliance audits and manage risk assessments.
• Assist in developing long-term fleet strategies and goals.
• Ensure proper documentation for all fleet activities.
• Coordinate with legal advisors to remain updated on compliance requirements.
• Support the execution of sustainability initiatives within the fleet.
• Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and partners.
• Develop training materials and safety manuals for staff.
• Conduct field visits to monitor fleet operations in real-time.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Transport Management or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a fleet management role

Technical Skills

• Fleet Tracking Software
• Inventory Management Systems

• Time Management

Certifications

• Advanced Certificate in Logistics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
