Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join our Durban practice. In this role, you'll be responsible for patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. You'll play a pivotal role in helping us deliver high-quality healthcare and promote healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients in a variety of age groups.
• Conduct preventive care including immunizations and screenings.
• Implement evidence-based protocols for patient assessment and treatment.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Cultivate a positive patient experience through compassionate care.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB with relevant specialisation
• Postgraduate qualification is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years in primary care practice or similar

• Prescriptive Knowledge

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Family Medicine Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• IsiZulu: Basic
