Job Description

As a Corn Shredder, your primary responsibility will be operating and maintaining corn shredding machinery. Ensuring optimal performance and productivity while adhering to safety protocols is crucial. You will also monitor the shredding process to maintain quality and assist with various farm tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate corn shredding machinery efficiently to process large volumes of corn.
• Conduct quality checks on shredded corn, ensuring it meets specified standards.
• Document production outputs and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
• Participate in training programs related to equipment operation and safety.
• Work closely with supervisors to improve shredding processes.
• Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist in preparing machinery for seasonal operations.
• Follow strict adherence to safety protocols when handling chemicals or equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in operating and maintaining corn shredding machinery.
