Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design for residential and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with architects to create innovative structural designs.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and review structural calculations and drawings.
• Ensure all projects comply with existing codes and standards.
• Develop project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress toward completion.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis Software (SAP2000, ANSYS)
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Communication

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with BIM software: Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D design tools.
