We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues while providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving IT queries.
Install and configure software applications for users.
Keep hardware, software, and antivirus systems updated.
Support remote users with their IT issues as required.
Assist with IT projects and system migrations.
Identify opportunities to improve IT processes.
Participate in training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in IT or related field
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is advantageous

3+ years of comprehensive IT support experience
