We are searching for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. This role will primarily involve analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finance.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse operational budgets to help optimise spending.
• Create comprehensive financial reports and ad-hoc analysis.
• Engage in forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Support the identification of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors during review phases.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role
