As a Training Program Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workforce through effective training programs. Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess training needs through surveys and interviews.
  • Design and execute training programs tailored to employee specific needs.
  • Evaluate the performance of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Utilize various learning management systems to deliver training.
  • Enhance the training curriculum based on feedback and changes in the industry.
  • Develop strong partnerships with vendors and training consultants.
  • Monitor staff engagement and performance post-training.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises and workshops.
  • Foster a positive training environment that encourages participation.
  • Assist with the development of succession planning and career development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or related field
  • Further qualifications in training and development is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate training
