Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and promoting events to maximize attendance.
• Maintain detailed event records and documentation for future reference.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop event themes and concepts.
• Conduct site visits to assess venues and ensure suitability for events.
• Prepare event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on event progress.
• Manage on-site staff and volunteers during events.
• Implement post-event evaluations to assess successes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

• Event Management Software

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
