Responsibilities
Direct daily hotel operations towards achieving higher guest satisfaction.
Lead recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Manage online presence and reputation on review platforms.
Enhance guest services through training and feedback.
Facilitate regular staff performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and hotel policies.
Manage hotel promotions and special packages.
Act as a point of contact for any emergencies or incidents.
Implement sustainability practices within hotel operations.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Additional certifications in Hotel Management are preferred
Experience
At least 5 years' experience in a hospitality management role
