Job Description

We invite applications for the role of Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator. In this position, you will operate machinery to wind fiberglass strands onto molds, ensuring quality and precision in producing containers of various sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate fiberglass winding machines to produce high-quality containers.
  • Inspect and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Follow safety standards and regulations at all times.
  • Record and report production data to the Production Manager.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to address production issues.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  • Utilize proper lifting techniques when handling heavy materials.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school certificate
  • Technical degree in Manufacturing or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience operating fiberglass winding machines
