Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues. Your role is crucial in supporting end-users and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing technical assistance, and maintaining IT infrastructure to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a knowledge base for IT support processes.
• Maintain backups and restore data as necessary.
• Provide support for video conferencing and remote meeting tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles

• Active Directory
