Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for our clients, responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. You will assist users with technical support requests, provide training on new technologies, and ensure our systems are running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to support requests logged by users.
  • Provide first-level support for desktop and mobile applications.
  • Identify potential issues before they affect clients.
  • Work with other IT staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Update user documentation and instructions as needed.
  • Provide feedback on system performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field
