Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal healthcare and surgery, along with a passion for providing the best care for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct wellness checks and vaccinations to ensure pet health and prevention.
  • Assist in the management of clinic inventory and supplies related to surgeries.
  • Actively participate in case discussions and treatment planning with the veterinary team.
  • Promote a positive and safe environment for both pets and owners.
  • Engage with clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
  • Comply with all veterinary laws and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Postgraduate qualification in veterinary surgery is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary environment
