Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and documents for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the appropriate execution of designs.
• Research and apply sustainable practices in architectural projects.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Develop design presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Lead construction oversight and problem-solving activities on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of design and project-related documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
