Responsibilities

• Create and present innovative design concepts for various projects.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure all aspects of the design align with the clients' vision.
• Utilize advanced architectural software, including CAD and BIM, for design purposes.
• Engage in site assessments to evaluate project feasibility.
• Streamline and optimize workflows for project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and building codes.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.
• Participate in community engagement and public presentations regarding design proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Sustainable Design

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
