You will be responsible for overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring that each design meets client specifications while adhering to local regulations. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to create stunning and functional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Innovate design concepts to enhance building functionality and aesthetics.
• Communicate project updates and plans to clients and team members.
• Perform material selection and cost estimation.
• Revise and update plans as required based on client feedback.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts in pursuing new business opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of working experience in architectural projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Professional Architect Certification
• Sustainable Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D modelling software: Hands-on experience in various 3D modelling tools beyond Revit.
• Background in historical preservation: Understanding historical architecture and preservation techniques.
