As a Recruiter at Prestige Recruitment Agency, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and engaging candidates for various roles. This position requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes and a proactive attitude towards finding top talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels in a growing industry.
• Implement diversity and inclusion strategies to attract a wide range of candidates.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to the HR manager and executive team.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Foster relationships with local universities and colleges to promote internship and graduate recruitment initiatives.
• Encourage employee referrals to enhance the recruitment of quality candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
