Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Durban. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Collaborate with management to address labor relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and policies.
  • Support training and development to enhance staff skills.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
  • Conduct performance management processes and assist managers.
  • Encourage a positive workplace environment.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Engage in employee activities to build a cohesive work culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR Management certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
