Job Description

Join us as a Combined Rail Operator in Johannesburg! You will oversee the operations and maintenance of rail infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient transport for passengers and goods.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trains and control train movements to ensure safe operations.
• Communicate with other rail operators and stakeholders for timely operations.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents on the rail network as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of train schedules, movements, and incidents.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Rail Transport Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in rail operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
