Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans based on individual assessments.

• Engage in regular communication with families regarding their loved one's progress.
• Facilitate workshops promoting health and wellness in the community.
• Support the development of patient-centered care initiatives.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision and peer review sessions.
• Maintain thorough records of patient evaluations and outcomes.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in various therapy settings

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
