Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse, who will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Tasks include administering medications, documenting patient progress, and helping to coordinate care efforts across departments. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patients' physical and emotional health.
• Guide and mentor junior nursing staff and interns.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous education and remain updated with best practices.
• Collaborate with social services for patient support.
• Support patients in understanding their treatment options.
• Participate in community health promotion activities.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Assist with research and development related to nursing practices.
• Contribute to the development of nursing protocols for clinical settings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred

• Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual capabilities: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans is advantageous.
