Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting financial performance.
  • Manage fixed assets and ensure proper depreciation accounting.
  • Track and reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for financial queries from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • BCom in Accounting or equivalent
Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
