Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays that captivate customers and drive sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our merchandising standards align with brand objectives and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement seasonal displays in accordance with marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with suppliers for merchandising materials.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve visual merchandising strategies.
• Develop window displays that attract foot traffic and enhance store visibility.
• Offer input on inventory and sales data to inform merchandising decisions.
• Participate in product launches and promotional projects.
• Conduct training workshops for staff on effective merchandising.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order of display areas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or similar field

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual merchandising

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Retail Software Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
