Job Description

As a District Manager at Retail Management Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store operations within your designated district. You will drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store teams to maximize sales and profitability.
• Enforce company policies and standards at all locations.

• Drive store improvements through KPI analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site retail management
