We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems. Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Research and recommend new technologies and systems.
• Guide junior engineers and provide mentorship.
• Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
• Organize training sessions for staff on new systems and practices.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's in Sustainable Energy is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering field
