Job Description

We want you to bring your design expertise as a UX Designer to our Johannesburg office. This exciting position will have you conducting user testing, crafting user flows, and creating responsive designs that enhance usability. Your role will be pivotal in transforming user feedback into effective design enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and analyze results.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and component libraries.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Prototyping Tools (Figma, Sketch)

Advantageous

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of web development to communicate effectively with engineers.
