Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team in Durban. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and conducting individualized fitness programs, leading group classes, and providing nutrition advice to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead effective fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Encourage clients to set and achieve their fitness goals.
  • Advise clients on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
  • Monitor and track client attendance and progress.
  • Ensure group classes are inclusive and cater to all fitness levels.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars on health and fitness topics.
  • Build a strong community among clients through events and challenges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments to continually improve training methods.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new trainers.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred
  • Nationally recognized Fitness certification required
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on training experience
