Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve aerospace systems and components.
• Conduct testing to ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate systems and ensure technical feasibility.
• Utilize CAD software for modeling and simulations.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Research and analyze data related to aerospace technologies.
• Support product development through prototyping and testing.
• Participate in project management to track progress and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree or specialized certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace systems design and development
