Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Medical Researcher to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will conduct impactful research projects aimed at advancing medical science and improving patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design experiments, analyze data, and contribute to scientific publications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects from conception through completion.
  • Analyze data using specialized statistical methods and software.
  • Write detailed reports and papers for scientific journals.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and students in research activities.
  • Organize and participate in research meetings and discussions.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant research environment.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders on research initiatives.
  • Develop training materials and workshops related to research methodologies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field
  • PhD is preferred in a relevant discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in medical research or a related field
