Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and enhancing customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in driving company revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic sales initiatives based on market research.
  • Manage the recruitment and training of new sales team members.
  • Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Engage with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting sales performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set and monitor individual sales targets for the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • MBA is an added advantage

  • 5+ years of experience managing sales teams in a target-driven environment
