We are seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Manager to drive efficiency and enhance operational processes in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in project management, focusing on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of process improvement projects from initiation to closure.
• Assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with organization goals.
• Leverage lean management and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives

Technical Skills

• Workflow Mapping

• Stakeholder Management
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
