Job Description

As a Civil Engineer at Top Construct Pty Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing infrastructure projects. You should be proficient in project management, understand civil engineering principles, and be committed to safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute civil engineering projects while adhering to budget and time constraints.
• Implement innovative engineering solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve project designs and modifications to ensure compliance.
• Mentor upcoming engineers, providing training throughout projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project bids and proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering management role

Technical Skills

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Soil Mechanics

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
