Job Description

The Outsoles Channel Opener will work to establish and grow relationships with shoe manufacturers, retailers, and distributors to promote our company's outsoles effectively. This role focuses on building lasting partnerships in the footwear industry while ensuring client satisfaction and successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to clients while maintaining high service standards.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategy as necessary to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Organize training for retailers on product features and benefits to enhance sales.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the footwear or related industry.
Technical Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
