We are searching for talented Timing Device Assemblers and Adjusters who are passionate about horology and skilled in assembling and adjusting high-end timepieces. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform intricate repairs and adjustments on high-end watches.
• Conduct quality checks before returning timepieces to clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workshop.
• Continually improve skills through training and workshops.
• Assist in customizing watches according to client specifications.
• Train apprentices in watch repair and assembly techniques.
• Document parts used and time spent on repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Horology or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in high-end watch repair

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Engineering

• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Watchmaker or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans: Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
• Advanced computer skills: Ability to use diagnostic software for watch repairs.
