We are looking for a dedicated Crop Duster Helper to assist our skilled pilots in the field. Your role will involve aiding in aerial spraying operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining equipment while contributing to effective crop management.

Responsibilities

• Aid in aerial spraying operations under the guidance of the pilot.
• Conduct equipment checks and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with loading and preparing chemicals for application.
• Keep the aircraft and tools organized and well-maintained.
• Monitor and record data on crop health and pest management.
• Collaborate with ground teams to ensure effective communication.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities as required.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in aviation or agriculture are advantageous

Experience

• Experience with aerial application or crop management preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Radio communication systems

Certifications

• FAA Certification
• Medical certification for pilot assistance

Languages

• English: Fluent
