Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect to drive various architectural projects in Cape Town. You will be involved in all phases of design and construction, and your role will encompass envisioning design concepts, producing high-quality architectural drawings, and ensuring the integration of sustainable practices in our work.

Responsibilities

• Engage closely with clients to understand project needs and aesthetic goals.
• Deliver high-quality design documentation for planning and approvals.
• Supervise junior architects and interns within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and local regulations affecting architecture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Master's in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing residential or commercial architecture

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Green Building Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership experience in architectural projects: Previously led teams or projects to successful completion.
• Software proficiency in alternative architectural tools: Experience with tools like ArchiCAD or similar.
