Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and discussions with project stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs meet engineering best practices and standards.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility.
• Develop cost estimates for projects and activities.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving during projects.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior engineers.
• Plan and implement engineering projects from start to finish.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical engineering roles
