Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to lead projects related to chemical process development. You will work on innovative products, driving project milestones from initial concept through to commercial production, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate and enhance processes.
• Analyze data to understand chemical behavior under various conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met.
• Implement best practices for safety and environmental compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for processes.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Oversee scale-up and integration of chemical processes into production.
• Provide training and supervision to junior engineers and lab technicians.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical process engineering
