As an IT Support Technician, you will support our clients by resolving technical problems and ensuring their IT systems run efficiently. We are looking for someone who is proactive and passionate about technology.
Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and walk them through the problem-solving process.
Install and configure computer systems and applications.
Document troubleshooting processes and outcomes meticulously.
Help manage IT inventory and keep stock of resources.
Implement software updates, patches, and maintenance routines.
Ensure data security and privacy of client's information.
Assist in network setup and management.
Participate in IT projects and contribute new ideas.
Actively resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
Educate users on safe operating procedures and best practices.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous
Experience
3+ years experience in IT support or troubleshooting roles
