Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst who can turn data into meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with our data team to extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets, helping drive business decisions and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends.
• Generate reports that facilitate business decisions.
• Engage in continuous education on data analysis techniques and tools.
• Support the development of data governance and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to data security protocols.
• Provide training to team members on data analysis tools.
• Assist in the development of strategic data initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Master's degree in a quantitative field is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Python/Pandas
• Data Visualization tools

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop: Hands-on experience with big data frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud services: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS a plus.
