We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. You will oversee logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics operation, focusing on timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to optimize storage and distribution.
• Utilize logistics software to track and manage shipments.
• Train and mentor junior logistics staff.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Prepare regular reports for management on logistics performance.
• Resolve any issues that arise within the logistics chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role

Languages
