Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor work progress and adjust schedules or plans as needed.
  • Ensure quality standards meet industry benchmarks.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project.
  • Evaluate project performance and prepare lessons learned documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or relevant discipline
