We are on the lookout for a driven Investment Banker to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of client proposals and investment strategies.
• Coordinate with external advisors to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial statements to assess company performance.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of sector-specific trends and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role within investment banking or financial consulting
