Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a similar industry

• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean project management: Experience in Lean methodologies for streamlining project processes.
• Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
