Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project KPIs and success metrics.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by addressing needs and concerns.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience
