Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Program Manager to lead our initiatives aimed at improving community well-being. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, fundraising, and community engagement, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver timely and impactful community services.
  • Create promotional materials to raise awareness of programs.
  • Identify potential funding opportunities and grant proposals.
  • Engage with beneficiaries to assess their needs and program impact.
  • Work collaboratively to develop strategic plans for future initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in non-profit organizations
