IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in helping our customers resolve technical issues and maintain their IT infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, and you will collaborate closely with the technical team to provide efficient and effective support solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve level 1 and 2 technical support calls for both software and hardware.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and track installations.
• Monitor IT ticketing system and follow up on escalated issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on software applications.
• Communicate effectively with users and technical teams.
• Coordinate with third-party technical support when required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Mac OS
• Helpdesk Software

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Client
